From our recent lab dedication at CMU.

Apparently the lab was basically full from the second the machines went in. They had to kick a bunch of students out in the middle of the night the day before the ribbon-cutting. That’s the kind of lab we’re proud to be associated with. Oh, and also: it’s not just a bunch of workstations; it’s also a functional Hadoop cluster.

Here’s what the students scrawled on the whiteboards before our arrival:

And here’s the pretty sign. They had to break protocol to get our name up in red. Rock on.

And finally, a reminder of what really matters to the citizens of Pittsburgh: George Washington and Franco Harris, greeting all visitors at the airport.
